That’s why AA MOLD performs FREE in-person mold inspection services for commercial and residential clients throughout Florida and the Gulf Coast region. If you’ve had recent water damage, fire damage, or flood damage, mold is a very real possibility. AA MOLD inspectors can perform a thorough assessment of the entire property to identify if mold is present and, if so, what the cause may be. Afterwards, we’ll discuss testing and remediation if required.

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?

Ask for a Florida contractor license and, for mold work, a Florida mold remediator license, and look both up with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
