2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Will you remove the carpet and pad that the sewage touched?
4. How high up the walls will you cut, and why?
5. What do you think the source is?

Ask for a Florida contractor license and, for mold work, a Florida mold remediator license, and look both up with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
