3. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?
4. Do you do contents pack out, and will I get an itemized inventory?

New Hampshire has no statewide general contractor license, so check permits with your city or town, and ask for a state license for plumbing or electrical work. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
