Twin Oaks Home Inspection is an independent sole proprietor business serving Central and Southern New Hampshire. With over 15 years as a Certified Inspector, I understand both how stressful this experience can be for new home buyers and how important it is to explain issues in terms that are understandable and explained without drama. After the inspection, a report with pictures and explanations is created and e-mailed to you on the same day of the inspection. In addition to inspecting the home, my company also conducts radon air testing, water testing and pest inspections. I can also arrange to have a Septic Company at the inspection, if needed.
