5. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?

Kentucky and Indiana have no statewide general contractor license, so check with your city or county and ask for state trade licenses for plumbing, electrical or heating work. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
