Before You Call A Carpet Engineer

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. What do you think the source is?
4. Will you use ozone, and if so how long must we stay out?

Ask for a Virginia contractor license and look it up with the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
