1. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
2. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
3. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
4. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?

California requires a state contractor license for most repair jobs over $1,000. Ask for the number and check it with the Contractors State License Board.
