Established in 1985, Blaine Tech Services, Inc. is a licensed and fully insured environmental sampling contractor. Blaine Tech specializes in groundwater monitoring. Related services include soil vapor sampling, soil sampling, well development, wellhead maintenance and repair, pump test support, storm water sampling, and surface water, stream and seeps sampling. From early work on the first large-scale groundwater contamination investigations of the 1980s to the wide range of compliance driven sampling services provided today, Blaine Tech has remained focused on one goal – high quality / low-cost environmental sampling.
