Quantum Environmental Testing provides AQMD compliant asbestos surveys and follows Rule 1403 and the 3, 5, 7 Rule in the course of surveying. Quantum Environmental Testing is skilled at conducing a wide variety lead testing via paint chip collection, XRF inspection, and dust sampling for residential, commercial and industrial. Our well-trained and qualified professionals will visit your property to assess the situation and identify possible water leaks and mold growth; Then, they will measure the amount of moisture in the air and in the walls and record the temperature. Mold air sampling will be done to determine the types of mold present. These samples are analyzed, identified and measured in a qualified laboratory.
