5. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?

In Washington, check registration with the Department of Labor and Industries, and in Oregon look up the contractor with the Construction Contractors Board. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
