Ercoli’s Inspection & Environmental was founded in 2001 with the purpose of providing mold inspection and remediation work with the upmost professionalism at an affordable rate to those families who have been affected by floods and other natural disasters. Since that time we have grown by offering additional services that we learned were much needed through our current customers. One of the biggest concerns we hear on a daily basis is the need for clean air quality throughout homes, schools, churches, and other areas where the public gathers consistently. Mold, dirt, and other debris are the most common culprits and more times than not travel through HVAC Systems. We can clean air ducts thoroughly with our Rotobrush BrushBeast!

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?

Ask for a Louisiana mold remediation license and look it up with the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
