2. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
3. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
4. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?

Missouri and Kansas have no statewide general contractor license, so check with the city or county where the home sits, and in Kansas ask a roofer for state registration. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
