4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?

Ask for a Mississippi residential builder or remodeler license and look it up with the Mississippi State Board of Contractors. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
