Before You Call Triad Environmental Consulting

1. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
2. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
3. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
4. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?
5. Is your company licensed for asbestos abatement here?

In West Virginia, ask for a contractor license and check it with the Division of Labor. In Kentucky and Ohio, check with your city or county and ask for state trade licenses. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the crew.
