What Makes Fort Collins Different

Fort Collins is dry most of the year, but water still does a lot of damage here. The Spring Creek flood in July 1997 ran through homes and the university campus, and the September 2013 floods hit the Big Thompson and Poudre canyons and parts of Loveland and Fort Collins.
