Before You Call All Pro Restoration

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?

Ask for a Michigan residential builder or maintenance and alteration contractor license and look it up with the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. Also ask for proof of insurance, industry certification for the restoration crew and lead safe certification for any pre-1978 home.
