As a licensed general contractor for the State of NC and with IICRC Certifications in water, fire, smoke, mold, odor control and cleaning we here at Precision are here to uphold the very standard that protects your property when damages occur or when you are just ready for a home renovation. Fast forward to today, Precision Construction & Restoration has grown to include both residential and commercial restoration, reconstruction, and new construction services, but with the same attention to detail, professionalism, and heart that was first introduced to our customers!

Ask for a North Carolina general contractor license and look it up with the state Licensing Board for General Contractors, plus state trade licenses for plumbing, electrical or heating work. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
