2. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
3. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
4. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?

Ask for a New Mexico contractor license and look it up with the Construction Industries Division of the Regulation and Licensing Department. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
