4. Do you do contents pack out, and will I get an itemized inventory?
5. Where is your company based, and how long have you worked here?

Indiana and Kentucky have no statewide general contractor license, so check with your city or county and use a state licensed plumber for pipe repairs. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
