As a one-person home-office based business, you can be assured of personal service at affordable rates. Services offered include inspections and testing for asbestos, mold, bacteria, lead paint and radon. Tri-Tech also offers a unique do-it yourself (DIY) testing service. Certain types of samples can be collected by the homeowner or other parties and submitted, typically for less than half the cost of an official test. Serving homeowners, contractors, property managers and day care operators since 2010. Over 30 years experience in the environmental field—let me put my experience to work for you!

Before You Call Tri-Tech Testing and Inspection

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
