MJB Services Inc., owner Dr. Mark Banner, is locally based in Southeast Michigan. He specializes in independent mold inspections and testing; we do not remove mold. Dr. Banner inspects for the source(s) of moisture that is the underlying cause of mold growth. He offers both air quality and surface testing to determine the types and amounts of mold within a building, and he provides detailed reports that include recommendations for remediation. Dr. Banner has an extensive education (Ph.D-microbiology, Cornell University) and many years of experience investigating for mold, (since 2003), making him one of the leading experts in this industry.

Ask for a Michigan residential builder or maintenance and alteration contractor license and look it up with the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
