2. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
3. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
4. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?
5. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?

Ask for the contractor license your city or county requires, since Colorado has no statewide general contractor license, and use a state licensed plumber for pipe repairs. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the technicians.
