Our services include but aren't limited to: mold, water damage, smoke/fire, rodent dropping, hoarding, biohazard mitigation as well as homeless encampment cleanup, deep cleaning, evictions, board-ups, packouts and property turn-over. 2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Are your technicians trained in bloodborne pathogen safety?

Ask for the contractor license your city or county requires, since Colorado has no statewide general contractor license, and use a state licensed plumber for pipe repairs. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the technicians.
