Owners Jeremy Berg (U.S. Air Force) and Angela Berg (U.S. Marine Corps) run it on service, discipline and clear communication. We answer 24/7 and are typically on site in 60 minutes or less for water damage, burst and slab leaks, sewage backups, fire and smoke damage, storm and roof leaks, licensed mold remediation (Texas #RCO1728) and air duct cleaning. Before You Call New Armor Restoration

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
