Before You Call Envigilance

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
4. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?

Ask for a Georgia residential or general contractor license and look it up with the Secretary of State. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
