2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?
4. Do you do contents pack out, and will I get an itemized inventory?

Ask whether the company is registered with your city building department, and for plumbing or electrical work ask for an Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board license. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the technicians.
