2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?

In Georgia, ask for a residential or general contractor license and look it up with the Secretary of State, and in Alabama check the Home Builders Licensure Board. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
