3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?

Ask for a contractor license from the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department and check it there, plus state licenses for any plumbing or electrical work. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
