Certified Inspections has been locally owned and operated since 1996. We offer detailed same day reports with digital pictures...ALWAYS delivered the same day. We offer no gimmicks or hidden fees. Your inspection includes EVERYTHING at the home ..there is not a different add on fee for different items to be inspected. We are approved by VA..FHA and USDA. We offer radon gas testing for a fee while pest inspections and visual mold inspections are included in your inspection fee. We keep our prices reasonable as we know there are SO many fees to come up with buying your new home! We can usually accomodate a 5 day turnover for your INSPECTION. There is a reason Certified Inspection is known as THE FIRST CHOICE for home inspections!

Before You Call Certified Inspections, Serving North Idaho

1. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
2. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?

Ask for the contractor’s Idaho registration number and look it up with the state, and use state licensed plumbers and electricians for those trades. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
