Duraclean has been cleaning carpet, upholstery, loose rugs and oriental rugs since 1975. All technicians are trained and tested by both the IICRC and Duraclean International. In home carpet cleaning is charged by the sq.ft. so you only pay for what we actually clean. In addition, our technicians DO NOT work on commission so there is no high-pressure sales. There is no extra charge for travel, furniture moving and pre-spotting. Pick-up and delivery service is also available for rugs. We have also been providing restorative cleaning and mitigation services after such disasters as water damage and/or smoke damage for over 25 years. 2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
