3. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?

5. Will you remove the carpet and pad that the sewage touched?

Ask for the contractor license your city or village requires, since Illinois has no statewide general contractor license, and check it with the local building department. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the technicians.
