3. What do you think the source is?
4. Will you use ozone, and if so how long must we stay out?

In Tennessee, ask for a contractor license and look it up with the Board for Licensing Contractors, and in Georgia check with the Secretary of State. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
