2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?

Ask for a West Virginia contractor license and check it with the West Virginia Division of Labor. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
