PGR Home Inspections takes an investigative approach to our general home inspections or commonly referred to as a buyer inspection. I follow the ASHI Standards of Practice per the state of South Carolina, inspecting all visible and readily accessible areas of the home. Safety is always number one, but I will attempt to inspect even the most difficult spaces to uncover any issues that may be hiding. Hire an inspector willing to go the extra mile for YOU. Before You Call PGR Home Inspections

1. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
2. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?

Ask for a South Carolina contractor license and look it up with the state Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
