Serving Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples, Marco Island and Surrounding areas. When you let Mr. Dry service your home, you will work directly with Mike Brigandi (Big Mike) and his highly trained professionals. Our team will be working for you and with you from the very start including insurance claims, just like Big Mike has for the past 30 years.

Before You Call Mr. Dry Services

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?

Ask for a Florida contractor license and, for mold work, a Florida mold remediator license, and look both up with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
