Our team handles buyer's inspections, pre-listing, new construction, and 11th-month warranty inspections, plus the Florida-specific ones: 4-point and wind mitigation reports your insurance carrier needs, roof inspections, and WDO. We're licensed for both mold assessment and mold remediation, and we handle water damage restoration and asbestos testing. Inspections include thermal imaging, and drone photos where a roof isn't safe to walk. You get a written report with photos and a call to go through what actually matters. Serving Cape Coral, Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Lehigh Acres.

Before You Call Brick and Mortar Home Inspections

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?

Ask for a Florida contractor license and, for mold work, a Florida mold remediator license, and look both up with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
