Millard Home Inspections has been in business since 2013. Licensed in the state of Ohio. We perform over 800 inspections a year. David Millard has been a licensed electrician for over 25 years and has experience in all aspects of construction. Many inspectors simply took a two week class with little to no construction experience before going into business. At Millard Home Inspections we took the same steps getting certified through ASHI and InterNACHI as well as getting state licensed backed by over 25 years of experience. We carry moisture meters, thermal cameras, carbon monoxide detectors, drones as well as other equipment to add in the process. Our reports are detailed and include over 100 photographs. Before You Call Millard Home Inspections LLC

1. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
2. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?
3. Is your company licensed for asbestos abatement here?
