The Clean Team is a professional carpet cleaning, water remediation and commercial janitorial services company located in downtown Peabody, MA. Created in 1986 by the Lafata Family, The Clean Team is still owned and operated by the Lafata’s today. Our mission is to establish long-term relationships with our clients built upon trust, communication and genuine concern for the appearance and cleanliness of their properties. Staffed with certified technicians and state-of-the-art equipment, we are prepared to meet all of our customers needs.

Before You Call The Clean Team

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?

Ask for a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration and, for structural work, a construction supervisor license, and look both up with the state. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
