Before You Call Joe & Jo Construction

1. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?
2. Do you do contents pack out, and will I get an itemized inventory?

Ask for the contractor’s Idaho registration number and look it up with the state, and use state licensed plumbers and electricians for those trades. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
