2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?

Ask for the contractor’s Idaho registration number and look it up with the state, and use state licensed plumbers and electricians for those trades. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
