2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?

Ask for a South Carolina contractor license and look it up with the state Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
