During a thorough and non-invasive walk-through of the home, we find the defects and damages that our clients deserve to know about before investing in the property. We take our time at the home inspection to answer questions from buyers and offer our professional advice about home operation and maintenance. Before You Call Premier Inspection Services

1. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
2. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?
3. Is your company licensed for asbestos abatement here?
4. Who takes the samples, and which lab tests them?
5. Is your firm certified under the federal lead renovation rule?

For mold jobs over 10 square feet, ask for a New York State licensed mold remediator and a separately licensed mold assessor. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
